Phone losing connection Help pleas.

Recently my GS5 has been losing its connection, unable to receive phone calls, emails, data until i either to a soft reset or some times airplane mode toggle on and off. Do you think maybe its just i need a new sim card or is it something i cant figure out? Did a cache wipe. Do not want to do a factory reset.

Is "Auto sync data" checked ? Settings/ Accounts....then tap on the three vertical dots ( top right ).

yes it is.

Try starting in safe mode and see if the problem persists. If not, it's likely a rogue app.
