I bought a gently used galaxy s 4g from ebay about a month ago. I used it successfully for three days, but one night i plugged it in, and in the morning it would not turn on no matter what. I took it in to see what was wrong with it a week later, and the professionals said that there was a little bit of water damage indicated by the sticker (i never touched it with a DROP of water!!), and the charging jack was broken. they tried a new battery and it still didnt work. They said it was broken and unfixable! When i got home i tried turning it on just once more for luck, AND IT WORKED!! i used it for one night, and when i plugged it in later that night it was just fine, and it was charging. I woke up the next morning and it no longer worked, once again! And no matter what it still won't turn on! I have hope, but i do not know what is wrong! Should it be broken?
I bought a generic charger from amazon, i charge it from a usb cord connected to my computer that sleeps at night. I don't know if its the charger or the phone, or what it is!
