Phone no longer getting 4g

Thanks! I got the replacement and 4g is working again I guess it was just the radio in my old one that was causing the problem

Received my 6th Thunderbolt last night. I am now getting 4g and it's been working in multiple locations across Louisville, KY since yesterady. I must have been receiving several phones that have been part of a bad batch of phones.

Either that, or the VZW techs just fixed the weak 4G signal around your area.

It could very well be the tower. I would call Verizon and submit a trouble ticket. I know from experience there can be problems with the towers. I have a friend who couldn't use her phone in her home when before she could. She called and they troubleshooted her phone. It wasn't her phone. Verizon sent out a tech person and it was the tower in her area.
