Phone no longer illuminates/vibrates the tab key and back key

Hello guys,
I've been using Package Disabler Pro and I'm not sure if its something that was considered bloatware or not by the app. I enabled all the disabled packages and it still does does not come back. Cannot find anything in settings that deals with this. Please help

Check if you turned powersaving mode on if you turned it on turn it off. That should fix your problem

It's not on power saver mode. Still can't find any settings about these keys.
