Phone not answering

Hi.. I've had a nearly consistent thing happening. If I'm using my phone, and a call comes in, a notification comes down from the top with "screen", "decline", and "answer". However, none of those buttons respond to my touch. Any ideas?

Are you sure those aren't the voice prompts? Mine displays, "Say 'decline', 'answer', 'screen'".

Interesting. Now I don't know; I'll have to check that out. But it seems like on my 6, those options were there in order to press, not speak.

Sounds like the phone app glitching, can try resetting it by clearing data then force stop it

I do have a screen protector on, but I have no issues with responsiveness except for this one case.

Ok, try mustang7757's suggestion to clear the app cache/data of the Phone app and force stop it. If it still happens, then it's still worth testing in Safe Mode.
