Phone not connecting to bluetooth speaker

I am using my Moto G4 device. Android version is 6.0.1 . I tried connecting a Bluetooth speaker to it but it is not showing the name of bluetooth speaker in available devices list. And other devices can easily connect to the speaker. Then I tried connecting my phone to another bluetooth speaker and it connected successfully. I have tried switching off and on both devices but it is still not connecting to the speaker. Please help me to coonect that speaker to my phone.

Welcome to Android Central! What's the brand and model of the speaker? Check its manual -- is there a way to factory reset the speaker?
