Phone not remembering frequently used words

My phone used to store frequently used (not in standard dictionary) words but no matter how much I type things such as 'Ok' then click it in the choices given it is never there when I type *Ok' again - automatically reverts back to what it likes such as 'OK'

And are you using Samsung keyboard or another one? If yes, just go to your keyboard settings (settings-controls-language and input Samsung keyboard-Auto replace-off) or start going to use user dictionary. But I'm using Smart Keyboard Pro and there is no problem.
