Phone not responding, help!

Hi guy/gals,

Starting today, my M8 has stopped responding altogether. I have turned it off, it then turns itself back on and won't respond to anything I do.

As I write this I have just held down the power button, it vibrated and is now working. Anyone have any idea what's going on?

Go to your SETTINGS-BATTERY MANAGER and uncheck FAST BOOT at the bottom. I bet your phone locked up, and when you were powering it down, it was not REALLY powering down. Fast boot should be turned off for everyone, IMO, as it negates the "standard Microsoft fix" (aka rebooting) from working as it should.

Thank you, the phone started working again, but I will turn off fast boot anyway. Thanks for the advice.
