Phone not updating

My sister got a brand new AT&T HTC One X for her birthday (the 14th) and the phone won't update to Jellybean 4.1. Every time I go and touch update it searches for a a little while and then just stops. No message or anything. Just nothing. I've tried everything (hard reset and check in, etc.) but nothing seems to work.
