phone not vibrating for calls or texts

my tb doesnt vibrate even when i set it to vibrate in the settings section but it vibrates when i type (tried to turn that off to save battery also)

It should be in Menu>Settings>Sounds>Vibrate...... try rebooting your phone.

I assume this is a issue with when you're getting texts?

Go to your messaging program, settings, turn vibrate on.
