phone only mode

ok - maybe i just can't find it.....
how can i put this wonderful device (and i do think it's great!) - into phone only mode???

at night - i don't want updates from facebook, emails, IM's or SMS messages...
i only want it to make noise if there is an incoming call....

suggestions are most welcome....

Settings --> Battery and data manager --> Battery mode; custom will allow you to set the on/off times.

hmm... thanks - but not quite what i was looking for.. appears those settings work onlly when not charging.. during dark hours i let the battery re-charge...

Settings, Batt & data, data delivery, data off. I use the custom battery mode but like u said only works when not charging. However, I can charge it up b4 bed, and I wake up with about 96% batt life.
