Phone Orientation to switch Sound Profile?

I have searched everywhere for a Nexus S 4G compatible version. Is there an app on the market that allows you to change your phone sound profile based on it's orientation? Customization would also be nice. Any one out there have or know of this for the Nexus 4g?

Is that something Tasker can do? I don't have that one, but I know that one offers a lot of that sort of customization.

I think he means that he wants to play Angry Birds at work without having to remember to turn the sound off.

Haha what I mean is that if your phone is face down, you can have it ring/vibrate/silent and when it's face up, same thing. I did find an app called "Flip n' Shake" that allows full customization. But unfortunately, if you want the phone to ring, you have to put a set value and it doesn't change based on how you currently have your sound at. Basically, I have to go into the program and manually change how loud the ringer is instead of just changing it from my side buttons on the phone. Disappointing because at class I want silence in my pocket but at work I want a loud ringer.
