Alright, so I'm doing this about 10 minutes after this happened because ive never seen anything like this before and im a bit scared.
I was doing some little survey thing to get points on some website and it had an offer for the phone, so i went to the link and one of the webpages it redirected to MAY have contained a virus. That I am not sure of but it is the only thing that could have caused it.
My samsung galaxy s7 went completely black after i turned off the screen and left it on my desk for 3 minutes. When I came back to it i couldnt turn it on. I had people message me and there is no notification light. It's almost as if it is dead, but when I plug it in there is no red notification light and no screen lightup. Plus, it was charged before it did this. Pushing the factory reset buttons does nothing, and of course with an s7 you can't remove the back to put the battery out and in again. I'm a bit pressed as to what to do.

What do you mean by "Pressing the factory reset buttons"?
Have you attempted to use Volume Up + Power + Home to try to get into that menu ?

Or, have you pressed the power button and hold for 15 seconds or until something happrns. If nothing happens, try the post above suggestion.

(Holding the power button in until the phone restarts is a pseudo-battery-removal.)
