So lately I've been having a strange issue. My phone refuses to stay asleep. It keeps lighting up to the lockscreen by itself, going off, rinse and repeat...
A little background: I got this phone about a month ago after my last Optimus S bit the dust. I immediately rooted and applied the zvh update and gRom. A few days later some of the lovely gingerbread bugs started showing up. Yesterday I finally got fed up with them and reverted back to Froyo. I rerooted and flashed Reborn Rom, which I ran on my last Optimus and had no problems with. I haven't messed with any system apps except uninstalling things that I know are safe to, like Google Maps.
That being said, I did notice the screen randomly turning itself on even before reverting to zvd again, but not nearly as much as it is now. It's pretty much constantly doing it.
So...my question is...what could be causing this? I doubt it's a Rom issue as it's happened on more than one. Could an app be causing it? Why is my phone an insomniac?!
