So I get up and check to see who called.

The missed call number was mine!!!

So how could this happen???

This sort of thing happens quite often when the barrier between parallel dimensions is at its weakest, such as during the vernal equinox.

received a text from Myself at a future time and date...

like the time stamp was for the next day...

Was it the number provided by your carrier or maybe your Google voice number, or another app that let's you make calls using VOIP?
