Phone regular freeze and auto reboot

Hi guys

Ever since i updated the firmware to 6.0.1, baseband g930fxxu1cpl2, my phone has been facing problems regularly. Problems like sudden freeze, auto reboot, and it will be jumpy/cranky like it doesn't response but freeze and sudden move of the screen by itself.

Please advise. Thanks.

Did you try turning off the phone and clean cache partition.

Yes i did, with sdcard removed as well

Have you tried a complete factory reset with a clean set up? (No restoring from back up)
