phone restart

this just started yesterday....

I was in the car listening to music and all of a sudden the phone shut off and restarted. I dont know what prompted it or whatever but after that it was ok. But then today I was about to make a phone call. I hit the call button it starts to ring and then restarts again. Has anyone had this happen to them as well? Should I call VZW abut this?

happened once to me, didn't think much about it. I think some of it has to do with the area your in and the quality of service you have

This happens to me on my Hero when my phone ram gets too low/I have too much stuff running. I guess it's to clear up memory.
