Odd...I was browsing and my phone reset on own. Is this something that occurs sometimes? First time seen this since owning on launch week

Was is it just the app that reset? (By reset, do you mean restart?)

Was is it your phone that reset? (I am assuming you mean restart. When I see reset, I'm going to think it was rolled back to factory.)

I had this issue with the S4 which is why it's the worst I've ever one. What a difference a year makes.

I've had this happen a few times. No idea what is causing it.

I just posted a different thread last night. Scratch the surface contacts on your battery with tweasers. Or some other object to remove some of the insulation. That will create a better contact with the phone.
