Phone says "Insufficient Memory"...

While trying to download apps from Play, I can't do so and I see that message appear. I can't install apps from the SD card either, with it saying "Out of Space".

I HAVE OVER 11 GIGS FREE ON THE INTERNAL AND 13 FREE ON THE SD CARD.

I have cyanognemod 10 on my GS3. I have tinkered with apps like apps2SD, ROM manager, cachemate, and ROM toolbox among others prior to getting this problem, but I don't think they caused it...did they?

I removed Play and can't reinstall it from the SD card...because it says Out of Space.

I'm getting extremely frustrated. Please help.

It was probably cachemate that did it. Messed up the cache partition and now it cannot add anything else to that partition. I'm not really sure what else you can do aside from wiping and starting over. Maybe even just flash cm10 and the gapps again in recovery without wiping and see if that fixes it.

How do I do that?

I hard bricked my phone the last time I messed with rooting and had it revived with this ROM preinstalled and I haven't messed with it too much since; I'm not that good with tech
