Phone shuts off by its self.

I have had my 3d for a couple of weeks now and have had no problems with it until now. Every so often when I try to get it out of sleep mode it won't come on. It's like it has shut off. So I pull the battery and restart it. It doesn't do it often, but often enough that it annoys me. Has anyone else had this problem and what can I do to fix it?

Fortunately, I've never had such problem. Maybe a few "force stop" on some applications. I'm not sure what to tell you other than if it bothers you that much, then take it in to a Sprint repair center for a diagnostic test. If they find the phone to be defective in any way they'll replace it for you. Best of luck. (Keep in mind that they will most likely reset the device - unless you tell them not to).

If your problem just started recently, its probably a rogue app you installed. Try uninstalling the most recent and see if the problem persist.
