Phone slowing down - Any suggestions?

Hey everyone,

I've had this phone about 2 months and there is a noticeable slowdown, and I don't have a lot of apps on it. Any suggestions for speeding it up?
Jellybean 4.1.2 (9.16.9XT926) Rooted.

It's literally as fast as the first day that I got it - WOW

I clear each app cache as well. go into settings>apps then select each app and clear cache. Don't clear data as you will lose any important info you may need. I clear the cache partition weekly and app cache daily
