Question Phone sometimes charging very slowly and sometimes like normal

Hi i recently bought a used red magic 5s. The seller told me that everything on the phone is still ok exept when charging sometimes it goes very slow like 100-200mA only and sometimes it charges like normal. I have identified that this is not a cable or charger problem since i have changed every cable and charger that i can find but the problem still persists. I thought it is a battery or charging port problem. Any insights?

No it just happens randomly

Make sure the charging port is clean -- use a toothbrush dipped in rubbing alcohol to scrub the contacts.

Recently i also detected sign of tampering of the internals by allegedly previous owner(like obvious dent on the frame). And fingerprint sensor also have problems. It detects when a finger is placed but cant recognize it no matter how i set it up. I think the inside connectors are the problem. I probably going to look at it later because spare parts are hard to find here and im kinda buzy
