Phone still rings when wearing S3

My phone, Note 9, will ring, once in a while, even tho the MUTE CONNECTED PHONE is selected. I guess it's just a glitch.

Do you have the setting, circled in red in this screenshot, selected?

If so, I would deselect it. Reboot both phone and watch. Select MUTE CONNECTED PHONE. Reboot both phone and watch.

If that doesn't work, I would unpair the watch from phone's main bluetooth settings and Galaxy Wearable app. Reset watch, reboot phone and start over.

Still no luck. If I use silent mode on my phone then my watch doesn't buzz for texts.

I think notifications are different than the ringer. Having that option turned on shouldn't stop the phone from ringing.

Set your notifications like mine and see what happens.

Well except change the mute one, lol
