Phone Storage Space Low?

Iim having a notification saying "phone storage space is getting low."Ive put my things on SDcard(8gb)Im using galaxy prevail through Boost prepay

Go to menu > settings > applications.

Clear the cache of any apps with a lot of memory (be sure to sort by app size to easily find apps using large amounts of memory).

Which version of android are you using? I had similar problem. Deleting cache and thumbnail files solved the problem. You can try this link: Solutions for internal space getting low on Android

if you haven't updated to jelly bean, there's a choice to move apps 2 sd card. not the external sd card but rather the internal one, android's internal has separate storage for running programs and data. usually, storage for running programs is less than for storage.
