Phone stuck during power off

My Android phone has stopped showing the charging sign and charges very slowly. So when I switch it off it gets stuck in the power off phase. It really turns off after maybe 20-30 mins. But after it when i switch it on after plugging in the charger it starts showing the charging sign and the speed is also normal

Are you using the correct changer that came with the phone? Using a different charger not provided by your manafactour could cause problems like these. Try switching to the charger your manafactour provided you with
