Phone suddenly got off

[Android Central Question]

My phone is Samsung galaxy J2. I was talking to a customer care about network problem after finishing i left the phone as usual (i didn't switch it off). After 5-10 seconds its screen got black as usual like other times (when we keep our phones unused for sometimes its screen go black, right ?) and then it never reopened. I tried to charge it but it shows no response. Help me plz...what happen to my phone and how can i fix it.

Start by plugging it in. What happens after 30 minutes?

At least 30 minutes - knowing Samsung customer care, you were probably on the phone long enough to kill the battery, so let it charge for about 4 hours before trying to turn it on. If it's down below precharge level, it's going to take 30 minutes before it starts charging.
