Phone Touchpad Tone

My voicemail and other automated phone systems are not recognizing my touchpad tones when I try to enter a password or make selections via a menu. I tried going into settings/sound settings and turning on the audible touch tones and that didn't work either. I've had the phone about two months and this just started. I haven't changed any settings.

Has anyone had this issue or have advice on how to fix it?

Never had this problem with my charge.My only suggestion would be to go to settings>call settings>DTMF tones>select long.Good Luck!
