Phone trade in question

Im coming from an HTC thunderbolt which has been crapping the bed hardcore this past month. I bought a galaxy nexus, but i intend to keep it in prestine condition to sell later on because there will be a new nexus coming up in late 2012. My question is is there any place i can trade in my phone, pay a little extra and get the next model newer? Because that would be much better than my original plan of selling my galaxy nexus on ebay and putting that money toward the new nexus phone. I thought i heard somewhere of best buy doing it.. Thanks!

You are never going to get the type of money for selling your phone back to Best Buy or a site online that you would get if you sold it on CL or eBay.
