Phone transmitting every 19 seconds is killing battery

This started about a week ago. That is when I just started using a launcher instead of tw. I don't know of any way to find out what exactly is the culprit. I looked at system panel lite but I don't think it registers cell usage. Need help, thanks.

The best way is to first remove whatever it is you think might be the culprit. See if that fix the problem - If not, then try some troubleshooting.

Well I didn't download anything but the launcher, and now that is gone. I had some program updates, but that is it. I noticed the problem when I couldn't go all day on my battery, so I decided to watch to see if data was polling and it was every 19 seconds.

Well it was facebook app. I have no clue at all why it was acting like that.

Mine is droping to and it started the first of the week I installed handcent and. Adw launcher I was goin.g to remove the launcher but may try looking at facebook first how do I find out the transmit times? I have charged from 40 % twice today and now I'm at 22%

Well it was facebook app. I have no clue at all why it was acting like that.

It's Facebook chat. It is a known problem that it destroys batteries everywhere by preventing your phone from sleeping.

Go into Facebook chat and go offline.

This will solve your problem.
