Phone will not send or receive calls while on 4G-LTE.

My phone stopped receiving or sending calls a few weeks ago. I traveled out of state and everything worked fine and when I returned home, it wouldn't make calls again. I was able to switch my phone to a 2g network and I can make and receive calls, but when I switch it back to 4G-LTE it won't work.

I tried:
re-installing the phone
Switching Sim Cards

I also noticed that if I try to call my phone, the top bar will switch from 4g-LTE to 4g, which indicates that it recognizes it is receiving a call.

Welcome to Android Central! What phone do you have? Go to Settings>Wireless & Networks>More>Mobile Networks​. What do you see under Preferred Network?
