Phone won't connect to computer!

I just installed the new update and it won't connect.. it wouldn't connect even before that. I want to download music from my computer to my phone and it won't work. Please help!

did you enable usb mass storage mode?

Did you install the drivers? Go to the LG support site and download the drivers. Install, connect phone, turn on USB mass storage.
