Phone won't connect to PC via BT

Hi, my GS3 is paired with my PC but when I select my PC under my BT settings in the phone, it doesn't connect. And under Win7 bluetooth device control it shows my device but says disconnected. Is there a fix for this at all?

Did it used to work or are you trying to get it working for the first time?
From the PC, what happens if you select the "disconnected" device and try to reconnect? Can you run the troubleshooting feature to see if it fixes the problem?
