Phone won't turn on or charge

[Android Central Question]

My Samsung J7 2018 keeps dying when plugged in, but right now I have a bigger problem. the only thing it'll show on screen is the little charging symbol in a circle with now percentage showing, and it stays there for about a minute. and now it won't show anything. It won't vibrate, and just so you know these problems started when my phone passed its 1-year warranty (Got it Christmas 2018). I can't have an idea if it's broken or not, cause it won't do anything whatsoever. My phone has never had any water damage or anything like that either. so I have no idea why my phone is doing this. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Try use different cable and wall adapter and let it charge for couple hours if still nothing more likely need to replace your battery.

The charging icon probably goes off after a fixed time. Leave the charger plugged in for at least 4 hours, then see what happens.
