Phone won't work...

Jesus Christ I messed up...
I had my phone rooted on aosp, then I decided that I didn't want to have the root or rom anymore and that I just wanted to return to the stock. I returned to a previous backup I had of stock and then unrooted. After this I formatted my SDcard so It didn't have anything on it and I was going to start fresh, I then went to privacy and Factory Reset... I almost cried when I saw the clock work recovery. So now I'm essentially stuck in clockwork with nothing to restore or anything! Is there anyway I can fix this?

I was hoping to restore it to stock OS and no root and have everything work out that way.

Thanks so much! I need to read more clearly. Not doing this again.

Just a question though, could I unroot now and have everything in my phone normal again?

You need to flash stock recovery.
