What photo app do you use? I am currently using stock but there must something better somewhere. Used Google photo in the past but I wasn't too crazy about that either.

I currently have Photoshop Express, Pixlr and use the stock Photo Editor Pro.


I used QuicPic for years but the stock Samsung offering has gotten so much better.

The stock Photo app is pretty feature rich. The Photo Editor Pro in the 3 dot menu provides a few useful editing tools.

Any photo app and edit with Snapseed. Hard to beat.

Does it work well with photos clicked via "Live" focus? Does it allow toggle between closeup and wide-angled photos as Stock app?

No those are specific to TouchWiz so only the built-in app will do those things. I forget to use those features so that might be why quickpic works well for me

The stock app does everything I want to do on a phone. For more advanced editing I use Photoshop on a computer with a large monitor.

mmmm .... first time i've used the extended screen capture on android central. I sent from my note 8, and now i'm viewing it on the pc, and i can't read it even when clicking on it, unless i fool around. Lesson learnt, lol
