I'm looking for suggestios for good photo editing apps that I can use to edit photos or make collages and all kinds of fun stuff but doesn't give me millions of ads.

Me too.... I used to use (and love) PicsArt ... But even paid they are no longer add free and no longer user friendly

Snapseed- Photo Editor

I have not used it a lot but it looks like it has a lot of potential for photo editing.
