photo edit not working

[AC Question]

the photo edit feature in my LG G3 stopped working
it opens up but when i tap on any of the tabs it shuts down immediately, i only had the device for two days so i didn't change alot of the settings
please help !

Welcome to Android Central! Which app is it? Gallery? Photos? Go to Settings>Apps>All, select Gallery or Google+ (the latter is if you're using the Photos app), and Clear Cache then Force Stop. Now try it again. Obviously, if you're using a different LG app for photo editing, look for that app in the app list.

i'm actually using the gallery I tried to do as you said but nothing changed
I tried to attach a link to show what exactly happens when I try to edit but couldn't
you can see the video on youtube titled - lg g3 photo edit problem - HELP -

I would have suggested the same as B. Diddy, but since that's no go, try a Soft Reset....Power Off and Restart, which is made very easy on the G3....long-press the power button to bring up that option. A couple of minor glitches on my own G3 have been fixed by this simple method and it may just work here.
