photo editor effects dl error

when in edit on the edge on a phot and i go to dl more effects in the effects options on a photo it just crashes on both edges ive got. how to fix?

Do you have your Galaxy Apps app disabled on your phone? Are you able to open the Galaxy Apps app on your phone? That is where it goes to get the extra add on's if you have it disabled then it will probably give you an error or crash.

yes i do have them disabled.
