The Photo Editor was not included with the 4.1.2 update, and several ops have said the Samsung PE is available on XDA, however it has some issues.. Time stamp causes crashes.
Does anyone know if it has been fixed and where it can be found.?
There are several other PE's like Pixlr.... does it support the SPen or are there any Photo Editors that support the S-pen and GN2?
Thank you!

Maybe that's the wrong app. There doesn't seem to be a timestamp feature. Thought for sure it was.

I think it is the Stamp or Sticker function that crashed the program if it is the same one posted on XDA.

Is there a fixed version? I looked on XDA and couldnt find anything on it

Haven't looked. But have you tried the one posted by Uribam? I am not sure if that's the same version but worth a try. I don't know what the Sticker function do, since it crashed me everytime, but I don't think I need it. I think it just put little heart or star over the picture.

Im trying to find out first if there is a fixed version of the Photo Editor. I dont want to crash my GN2 if its not necessary to do so. This is the first device that has offered me any sort of "peace" in the 6 years Ive been with AT&T.

It doesn't crash the Note II. The program, photo editor, crashes and exits. It is not like the phone will reboot or anything. You just get the home page back.

Okay, so then how do you find out or who do you call about a "fixed version" of Photo Editor by Samsung. Obviouslly it needs to work with the S-pen.

Your friendly neighborhood app developer I guess.

I just spent an hour on the phone with a Level2 tech from Samasung. (A) the update to 4.1.2 is the cause for the difference in battery time. (B) Regarding the Photo Editor, she said there should be a maintenance update OTA shortly, and it will be Included and adressed.. she said people are calling in and raising hell about alot of features in the ads they ran not being there now, giving a false sense of perceptions and or expectations for the GN2. (C) a complete change log is available on samsung.com (type in Jellybean) so she said. She also said the update made to 4.1.2 substantially increased the OS size and changes were made as well to the wifi radio and how it connects and is the primary reason for the "reduced" battery performance.
