Photo error on LG?

[AC Question]

I take a picture and when I go to album to view it I simply can't because there is no photo. All it does is saves like a black picture with gallery icon with exclamation mark in triangle. Sometimes it goes back to normal and I can view my new photos, but then it goes back to this error. Might the problem be in SD card (it has shown me an error that there isn't much space left in SD card even if there is about 6gb left).

This. Had a car accident yesterday where a bus scratched the side of my car. Need to access my photos so I can tell the insurance company. Help would be greatly appreciated
