Photo files are hidden by a photo/video locking app and will not be backed up

Guys I'm trying to back up my note 9 to laptop using smart switch but I'm getting an exlimaintion mark next to my images and videos and a warning saying Photo files are hidden by a photo/video locking app and will not be backed up un-hide the files before backing up xda forum
What does this mean?I've never hidden my vids or pics and I'm not using a video locking app.please help guys this is weird

No I dont use any apps like that,i think it's normal I watched a ton of youtube videos today of people using smart swittch and windows 10 with there Samsung phone and they has the same thing as me the grey exclamation mark on video and images saying hidden files cant backup.I then tried backing up 6 phones today and they all said the same thing about hidden files,then I tried my sisters phone and that also said the same crap about hidden files cant back up,so i thought it must be nothing and backed up the phone anyway and it backed everything up as usual so I'm assuming Samsung are just trying to confuse people again with their bs lol

Yeah I confirmed it since we last chat , it's warning to let you know

But it backs it up anyway lol so it's very odd and confusing to say that all images and videos can not be backed up because they are hidden with a hide and lock app what ever that means lol

Yes it backs up, if you look closely it will explain in some categories like home screen it can't back up live wallpaper or themes , so just let's you know what content it won't.

Yes but it says it wont back up images or videos because they are hidden by a special locking app
Its saying you have to somehow un-hide your photos to be able to back them up lol.but the pics are not hidden.idk all.i do know is its supposed to be like that for some very strange reasons
