The conversation is everywhere else just not in our section I guess we are all happy with our phones if not who's making the switch

If I were 'all in' with Apple, then I'd jump at the iPhone...but I've spent the last couple years trying to free myself from anything DRM/locked, etc. So...no thanks.

Its my first Android phone, but I have had zero issues with it...so I'm not going anywhere.

No one can make that decision until we find out how well the Iphone works on the Sprint network.
For most people the signal strength of the motorola radio's is head and shoulders over everybody else.
In fact I dont think the comparison is between the Photon and Iphone at all.
The Photon is at a whole different level.
It really stands alone when you take into account all that it can do
Motorola is the only company making World android phones
It is between the Iphone and XPRT.
I use that example because neither of those phones are 4G
The XPRT is also a world phone with a smaller display and a actual keyboard.
In it's current configuration it is much better than the 3Gs, better than the I4 and screen resolution aside because neither are world phones and equal to but more versitle than the I4S

If and when the new XPRT/PAX comes out with the larger screen then the Iphone has no chance against that either.

+1

On a hardware level the new iPhone is comparable, in every way with the exception of the screen size. But the software is lacking. Gingerbread is way better than IOS. I can't imagine how much more advanced ice cream sandwich will be over IOS 5.

sent from my EPIC TOUCH 4G, GALAXY SII

I'm not a fan of Apple by any means but I am a fan technology. I would like to see how how the new iPhone works on Sprint's network before I totally write it off.

I'm in love with my MoPho so I don't see myself giving it up any time soon. The signal strength is amazing and so is the battery life.

Amen!

The new iphone is well, another iphone. But you cannot knock the software or hardware. The screen is better than all android phones. You can make the case for the gs2...but I think it's slightly behind the iphone. The camera is better than any android phone period. You can't customize the iphone which sucks. The iphone is so much more stable software wise. The screen size is the big downfall IMO. Apple needs to make it 4"

I'm not loyal to any particular brand. I'll see how it performs first on Sprint before taking any plunge. I enjoy my MoPho but if the iPhone 4S turns out to be phenomenal, I'll give MoPho to my son.

The iPhone ruined AT&T, then Verizon. Now Sprint is next. I hate the iPhone, but eventually, I'll be paying for one, sadly.
