photos are blurry

I've been taking a lot of pictures lately and they're all coming out blurry. Does anyone know why this is? I have checked the settings and I don't know what is going on. I am not moving the camera either while I'm taking the pictures, it's quite frustrating.

have a close look at the camera lens. Make sure its not scratched, damaged, dirty, etc.
