Photos from laptop to phone

Hi, I can't figure out how to upload photos from my laptop to my phone. HELP!

Should be just a simple drag and drop into the right folder.

I'm trying to physically move some photos FROM my laptop TO my phone. How is it I can drag them to a folder? What folder?

Connect to the computer via USB, look for the notification to move files ("disk" or "drive" mode), and your phone storage should show up on your computer as a flash drive.
