Photos in wrong order after migration

Of course, I had a Micro SD card on my S5. I received my new S6 Edge+ and I copied the entire 'Camera' directory to my PC, then copied the entire folder to my new S6 Edge+. Many of the photos appear in the wrong order when viewing the gallery by date. Has this happened to anyone else? I still have the original SD card so I am hoping there is a fix.

This happens to me too unfortunately and I haven't found a fix. Basically what happens is the metadata containing the dates the pictures were taken gets lost during transfer and so everything becomes dated the same date as you transfer them, hence you can't arrange them chronologically anymore. Hopefully someone here knows a fix.
