All these S7 night shots are amazing! I live out in the middle of nowhere, hardly a street light, so I haven't had a chance to experience night light shots for myself. Looking forward to it tho!

Looks like the only thing that is different is the white balance to me.

I'm having the same issue, with purple flare emanating from candle-light in a night-time scene.
This doesn't seem to be a well recognized issue, evidently since it doesn't show up in most scenes.

I posted the problem in this forum. Only two responses so far. They thought maybe fingerprints on the lens could cause this.

I clean my lens faithfully in hopes it will not happen but makes no difference. there's some people in the XDA forum that posted pictures and discussed the problem. it's a bad design in the lens and poor IR filtering. the lens design also causes the warped appearance with straight lines like the fish eye effect. that's why some updates have the shape correction filter. but the Verizon update that came out didn't have that.
