When the roof shingles on our pool shed (which we don't even use anymore) needed replacing, rather than forego the expense, I purchased an extremely heavy duty silver tarp, fitted it to the roof and nailed it down around the edges with vinyl trim that I had and roofing nails. It has lasted now for over 7 years and is nice and slippery. My wife looked out this morning and said "Oh my God Jim, look at this!" I immediately grabbed the Note 20 Ultra and shot this photo (at 9:05AM EST) - heavy rain overnight and near 40 degree F temperatures, loosened the remaining 4" of snow and let it begin to slowly start sliding off the roof to this point! It's now 11:26AM and it's still hanging there!!! Totally AMAZING!

Wow, that is amazing! I have never seen a sheet of snow 'dangle' like that. Really nice shot.

It get's better... it stayed that way and even slipped more, started to curl like a "Banzai Pipeline wave" until 1:07PM when a small chunk broke off! The rest is STILL HANGING THERE???

**EDIT** Patti and I got home at around 3:00PM and it had crashed!!! Clean break at the edge of the roof with a pile on the ground! Question - with no one there to hear it, did it still make a sound?
