Photos taken with your P20 Pro

Great pics! Are you using auto mode with AI or disabling AI? Just wondering as some shots I've seen with AI on it seems to make the grass too green, but here it looks perfect...
I've turned AI of, I find it is more of a hindrance than a help with the processing.

More time out trying the camera.
The smooth water setting first.

Wow looking good man got mine today wish I knew how to take decent shots thing I like with this phone is it makes you want to get the camera out all the time even as a novice
Turn the assist grid on to take advantage of the rule of thirds. Also, you'll start to notice the camera auto levels when it detects certain compositional lines.

Night shot and monochrome showing the increased detail the night shot picks up.
Even boring fire escapes look good!

The first photo of the smooth water did you use the long exposure for that? also on a tripod?

Sorry to butt in...

There's a camera mode built in called 'Light Painting' and within that you have 4 different settings to choose from - Silky Water, Star Track, Tail Light Trails and Light Graffiti. It truly is excellent for getting long exposure shots that you'd normally need a tripod and ND Filters to capture especially in daylight. Many people don't even know it's there and I can't sing it's praises high enough.
Pro Mode has up to 30 secs exposure too of you want to go the old fashioned route.

It was the smooth water mode on a tripod.9 seconds.

Do you live anywhere near the sea? I've had good success using that mode for rivers and waterfalls etc but can't seem to get the same effect I see on long exposure shots of the waves on the shore if that makes sense? Maybe I'm just expecting too much comparing a phone camera to a high end DSLR long exposure shot lol.
