Just thought I would share this quick pic I snapped yesterday. This was out of a moving car window. Was not sure if it would pick up the mist rolling from the land onto the beach (never seen this before at this place), but think it did pretty good with a snap

It's because of the focal length of the lens. You'll probably find the 3x zoom isn't as distorted.

Took this video yesterday, quality is good, but can people see the colour shift through the video ... any ideas why it is changing colour?

It's not a flaw, that's how focal lengths work. It's an issue with the correction profile applied to the jpg processing.
It will probably be addressed in a software update.
It's probably more pronounced using Pro mode at 40mp, and even more so in raw files.

It can’t be just the focal length. Your 6p and the P20 Pro have virtually identical focal length rear camera lenses (main) of 26mm and 28mm. If anything your 6p was even wider and would show more distortion
