Class pictures... I feel that my 2xl was a bit better as a point and shoot camera but if you have a few seconds to spare this camera is really superb

Got a great shot of the red arrows at my local air show.

Managed to take my new P20 Pro out for some night shots @ the Mid-Autumn Lantern Carnival. Indeed the low light capabilities and Night mode are very amazing.

Let me try again with actual attachments.

Spider in the garden shot in auto mode (AI says"greenery"), neighborhood shot at night in night mode. Night mode is fantastic, almost too good. It looks much brighter in the photo than it did to the naked eye. IMG_20180919_232244.jpg

These are gorgeous and I noticed the low ISO. Did you shoot these in manual?

Thanks! As far as I can recall, they are all taken with auto, AI enabled. Some of them may had been taken with Night Mode, but other than that, all in auto. I did not have a tripod with me that day so it will be quite impossible for me to shoot with Pro.

You may visit here if you are interested to find more info about shots. :)

You can shoot in pro without a tripod.

Not if I need to adjust the shutter speed or other settings for better photos like in the Night mode?
The point of pro mode is that you have the choice to up the iso if you need to speed up the shutter speed. Obviously a tripod gives you more options but it's not necessary.
